Winery convicted on VQA charges

On November 2023, Locust Lane Winery pleaded guilty to 12 charges under the VQA Act related to using VQA terms and descriptions without approval from the Wine Authority.  The charges resulted from violations that took place over the period of August and September 2023.  A total fine of $18,000 was issue by the Ontario Provincial Offences Court.
